About Prime Quarter®
The Prime Quarter Steak House® is a grill your own steak house with locations in Wisconsin and Central Illinois. It is headquartered in Columbus, Wisconsin, and currently has three restaurants in operation.
How it Began
The Prime Quarter Steak House® began as a single location in Madison just minutes from the Wisconsin State Capitol. It was a new concept in quality dining because it's everything a great beef dinner should be.
From Madison we opened a Prime Quarter® in Green Bay near Lambeau Field, then Janesville and Princeton (Illinois).
